To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask for your cooperation in following these resort policies:


  • Overnight Guests

    • Check-in: 2:00 PM

    • Check-out: 12:00 PM

    • Early Check-in: Subject to room availability. Earliest check-in is 10:00 AM and will incur an additional fee of ₱2,000.

    • Late Check-out Charges:

      • ₱1,000 for up to 1 hour past check-out

      • ₱2,000 for more than 1 hour past check-out

    • Security Deposit: ₱1,000 required upon check-in to cover incidentals, in addition to full room payment. Must be paid in cash only.

    Day Use Guests

    • Check-in: 10:00 AM

    • Check-out: 7:00 PM

  • Overnight Guests

    • Up to 2 children under 7 years old stay free of charge when sharing a bed with parents (breakfast not included).

    • For children under 7 years old exceeding the initial 2, a half charge applies.

    • Children 8 years and older are considered adults and will be charged ₱1,200 per night.

    • Infants under 2 years old are not counted in the guest count.

    • Note: A valid ID for children aged 7 years and below must be presented upon check-in.

  • Day Use Guests

    • 1 child (7 years old and below) per adult may enter free of charge.

    • For children under 7 years old exceeding the initial 1, a half charge applies.

    • Children 8 years and older will be charged at the full day use rate.

    • Infants under 2 years old are not counted in the guest count.

  • Each room may accommodate a maximum of three (3) pets at no additional charge.

  • An additional charge of ₱300 per pet, per night applies beyond the first three pets.

  • Pets must always be kept on a controllable leash while inside the resort.

  • For hygienic purposes, pets are not allowed in the Function Room, KTV Rooms, or Game Room.

  • Pets are welcome around the pool area, but not inside the pool.

  • In the restaurant, pets are allowed only in the designated pet-friendly balcony area to ensure the comfort of all guests.

  • Pets must remain with their owners at all times and may not roam freely.

  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of waste.

  • Any damages caused by pets to the room, furnishings, or resort property will incur charges based on the extent of the damage.

  • Pet diapers are available at the reception.

Pet Policy


  • Guests who bring their own food and beverages are subject to corkage fees as follows:

    Food:

    • Whole Pork Lechon – ₱1,500/pc

    • Lechon Belly – ₱700/pc

    • Whole Roasted Chicken / Lechon Manok – ₱100/pc

    • Food Tray – ₱300/tray (regardless of the number of dishes or meals brought in)

    Beverages:

    • Juice – ₱50/box

    • Soft Drinks:

      • 1.5L – ₱50/pc

      • Can – ₱30/pc

    • Liquor – ₱300/bottle

    • Beer:

      • 1L bottle – ₱50/bottle

      • Small bottled beer – ₱30/bottle

    • Wine – ₱300/bottle

    Exemptions:
    No corkage fees are charged for birthday cakes, chips, cookies, or small snack items.

  • A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and guarantee your reservation.

  • Booking cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Modifications (rebookings) made within 15 days of the arrival date will incur a 15% surcharge.

  • Modifications made within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a 30% surcharge.

  • A second modification will automatically incur a 30% surcharge.

  • No-show bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Payments via bank transfer will be verified within 1–2 days.

    • Please notify the Reservations Team prior to making payment to facilitate verification.

  • Reservations made without a deposit will not be prioritized and are subject to availability on preferred dates.

  • Severe Weather Conditions

    • If severe weather conditions (Signal No. 2 or higher issued by PAGASA) or Force Majeure prevent guests from reaching the property, the following options are available:

      1. Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate a rescheduled stay on alternative dates, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences. We will work with you to find suitable dates within a reasonable timeframe.

      2. Refunds: In exceptional cases where rescheduling or credit voucher options are not feasible, a refund may be considered at the resort’s discretion.

    Non-Severe Weather Conditions

    • For non-severe weather or situations not covered under this policy, our standard non-refundable booking policy will apply.
